The Problem I met is how to install ubuntu in a very tricky enviornment: My computer is a Macbook Pro (bought in 2013).... In the course of troubleshooting the external drive I had used& .The main drive slot has an SSD, and the Superdrive slot has the original 750GB hard drive.To do this I have built a system on an external USB hard drive that can be booted from the Apple boot menu using the Option key.I wanted to play the Day Z standalone from Steam, but unfortunately it`s windows only, and I have a mac bootcamp on external hard drive ... My OS now is Mac OS and a windows 7 in bootcamp. It all works great, and I have Lion installed on the SSD – blazing fast :) I also have the Superdrive on an external USB enclosure, also works fine.. So I was wondering if I should use Bootcamp to run windows on my mac.I have a new MBP 17 with my SuperDrive replaced with a hard drive, and with the SuperDrive mounted via USB externally
